In our implementation of a new billing system that has the much-requested ACH capabilities and interacts with our upgraded accounting software, your current bill reflets your actual usage but the calculations were incorrect. This caused a shortage in yor bill of about $21 if your usage was over 2000 gallons this past month. If you have a minimum bill then your bill is correct.
The board has decided not to rebill this month. Please pay the requested amount on the bill that you have received. You will not be expected/asked to pay this additional $21 thatyour bill was shorted. Consider this a one-time accommodation and ensure that bills will be corrected next month. We are actively working with our new vendor to resolve this issue. Rates have not changed. Again, this was a simple computer error and will not happen again.
